This bathroom is a WIP, a part of a 8000 sq ft new build was designed for a client at Studio Kaye. The whole house concept is quiet luxury in a minimal contemporary space. The house incorporates elements of biophilic design with greenery and natural stone. This bath design sticks to the overarching theme throughout the house by using textural elements and natural stone in neutral colors.
This bath will primarily serve as a bathroom for the main home office but on occasion will serve guests staying the night. Because of the multifunctionality of the space a full bathroom with shower was needed.
Pictured are the preliminary drawings shown to the client prior to finalization of architectural drawings. Once direction is approved fine details will be laid out with model numbers, detailed dimensions and notations.
